The property known as Madog Barn is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by the owner Mrs Alison Ross to the client.

  1. To make a booking clients may either telephone or email the owner.  All bookings are subject to confirmation by the owner, and on receipt of a deposit of 25% of the full cost of the rental.

  2. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.  In the event full payment does not reach the owner by the due date, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and re-let the property.  

  3. The client making the booking certifies that he/she is over 18 years of age, and has read and agreed the terms and conditions on behalf of themselves, and all members of their party over the age of 18 years.

  4. The client must inform the owner of any special requirements on booking, as the property may not be suitable for those of limited mobility, or very small children.

  5. The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking if they deem the property is not suitable to meet the needs of an individual.

  6. The owner of the property does not offer cancellation insurance cover, and the client is strongly urged to arrange  comprehensive travel insurance cover during the period of their stay.  In the event of cancellation by the client, the owner will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful, will reimburse the cost paid, less any expenses incurred.,

  7. The rental period will commence at 15.30 hrs. on the day of arrival  and ends at 10.00 hrs. on the day of departure.  The client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.

  8. The maximum number of people to reside in the property must not exceed 4.

  9. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.

  10. The client (all persons over the age of 18). agrees to pay for any losses or damage to the property or contents (including the soiling of beds, bedding, carpets and soft furnishings, reasonable wear and tear excluded).

  11. The client must report to the owner without delay, any defect in the property or break down of appliances in the property.

  12. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome in the property.  They are charged at £20 per pet at time of booking.  Pets are only accepted under the strict understanding:

    That they are never left alone in the property.
    That they are kept under control at all times.
    That the client brings bedding and food bowels for their pets.
    That they are not permitted in the bedrooms or on furniture.
    All pets are up to date with flea and worming treatments.
    That the client accepts full responsibility for their pet and its actions (e.g. cleaning up mess etc.).
    Failure to comply with any of these points will lead to additional charges being incurred by the client.
    We also remind clients that this is 'sheep country' and dogs must be kept well away from all livestock.
